I am a people person, recognized as inspiring and enthusiastic. With extensive executive leadership experience in FMCG, retail, and healthcare, I have held positions in strategy, marketing, operations, and commercial. Holding a PhD in Innovation and as a long-standing university professor, I am now venturing into tech, envisioning solutions for nurturing talent and driving innovation within organizations. In my free time, I love to hike and write.

I am passionate about people and sharing ideas, inspiring others and creating bridges to help them thrive. With over a decade of experience in HR, sustainability, and marketing, I find fulfillment in building projects from the ground up and creating environments that inspire happiness, well-being, collaboration, and growth. I love Pilates and I am an oil painter in my free time.
